DBTech - DragonByte Shop 7.1.0

This version adds one major new feature: the ability for moderators with the appropriate permission to view any current or completed trade. Once a moderator has been assigned this new permission, two new tabs will appear to view "Others' pending trades" and "Others' completed trades". Clicking on a trade will allow the moderator to see the trade information.

Furthermore, a few minor changes and issues have been resolved. See the full change log for more details.

This version adds two new item types; Avatar Style and Avatar Style (Pre-Defined). These item types will let you sell a border colour for people's avatars, either user configurable or admin pre-defined.

You can now also use SVG or WebP icons for item icons. WebP icons requires DragonByte WebP for XenForo 2.2.

This version also refactors some backend code and fixes a compatibility issue with PHP 8.4.
