Affiliate links v1.2 changes: Affiliate information is now added through a Affiliate links admin page. If upgrading from a previous version, please copy the information in the Affiliate links options page before upgrading. The options page is removed in v1.2.
Now replaces any existing affiliate ID if there is one that is different to the one specified in the options page.
