It may be a little hard to believe but it’s fact that one of the India’s leading online Retailer, Flipkart is charging more than its online and on-air competitor, HomeShop18.com for Books.

We tried to make a little Comparison of Prices of Books offered by Flipkart and HomeShop18 after Discount and Shipping and we found out that Flipkart is charging much more than Homeshop18.com. There are other stores too but we prefer Homeshop18.com over them as we have experienced their service and which is without a doubt Top-Class.

We did this research around 7 websites which included websites like Landmark, Uread, Bookadda, Flipkart, HomeShop18, IndiaPlaza, Infibeam and Crossword and Homeshop18 topped in some and always better than the leader Flipkart.com.

So when we ordered then we were very impressed with the packaging as well. Each and every Book shipped by Homeshop18 came in a Triple Layer Packaging, viz. an outer Tamper-proof, well taped Plastic Cover for Weather Protection, a Cardboard Box and a Corrugated Covering over the Book. They also added complimentary Pens , Bookmarks and mousepads whereas Flipkart has been only sending the same bookmarks from last few years now. The Books came in 2 days as they told but Flipkart has been quite irregular from last few times we ordered. The book ordered never reached before 4 days. We hope Flipkart works on there services and takes a look at their prices as well.
