As being a Resident Of India, I can tell that all the techies have waited for Apple iPhone 4S to be launched in India  and finally the news is out. The Sources from Media have confirmed that Airtel will be selling the iPhone 4S base model 16 GB at 44,500 INR, 32GB model for 50,900 INR and the top-end 64 GB model will cost 57,500 INR.

The latest model of the iPhone will be launched in India on November 25. The handsets to be sold in India will be the fully unlocked ones.

Bharti Airtel has already started taking pre-orders for the 16GB and 32GB variants online.

Apple iPhone 4S was launched in the US on October 14. Even though the phone looks like iPhone 4 in design, there has been a significant upgrade in the hardware.

iPhone 4S is powered on a dual-core processor, has a superior graphics chip and sports an 8 Megapixel camera. It also has a unique feature called Siri, a voice-enabled virtual assistant, which allows users to carry out a number of functions.
